Order Help

Have your order number ready. We’ll take it from there.

Keep your order number nearby—it helps us find the right order and answer faster.

After checkout

Your order confirmation links to the Order Status page. Orders using Pay on pickup remain unpaid until collection. Signed-in customers can also open available order information from their account.

Find an order

  1. Check the email address used at checkout for the order confirmation.
  2. Wait for the ready-for-pickup message before travelling to collect.
  3. If you created an account, sign in to your account to view available order information.

Request a change

Use the contact form as soon as possible and include the order number and the exact change requested. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after preparation has started.

Report a problem

For a damaged, incorrect or missing item, tell the pickup team before leaving when possible. Otherwise, send the order number, a short description and clear photos through the contact form. We will review the details and explain the next step.
