Pickup & Returns

What happens between checkout and collection.

Why Wear is pickup only. Delivery is not available, and payment is due when the order is collected. The store's published policies remain the controlling source for eligibility, deadlines and refunds.

Pickup

  1. Choose the available pickup option in Shopify Checkout.
  2. Place the order using Pay on pickup. Keep the confirmation and order number.
  3. Wait for the ready-for-pickup message before travelling to the pickup location.
  4. Bring your order number and pay when you collect.

Payment on pickup

Orders placed with Pay on pickup remain unpaid until collection. After payment is received, the pickup team records the order as paid and collected.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot promise that an item or cancellation can be changed after preparation has started.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If possible, raise the issue with the pickup team before leaving. Otherwise, contact us with your order number, a short description and clear photos. Do not return an item until you receive the next steps.

Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, time limits, exclusions and refund methods are set out in the store's Refund Policy. Please read that policy before purchasing and before sending anything back.
